Abstract:
A high-voltage pulse discharge and mechanical combined rock breaking-based novel boring machine, comprising a main boring machine and rear supporting equipment. A front end of the main boring machine is provided with a cutter head cutter system (1), an electrode (21) is provided on the cutter head cutter system (1), and a high-voltage pulse arc control system is connected on the electrode (21). The cutter head cutter system comprises a cutter head body (22) and a hob (20). The electrode (21) is an electrode scraper made of an electrode material. The electrode scraper and the hob (20) are both provided on the cutter head body (22). The cutter head body (22) is connected to a main drive provided in the main boring machine. The present boring machine uses high-voltage pulse discharge and mechanical combined rock breaking to form the effect of high-voltage pulse arc breakdown coupled with hobs, electrode scrapers and other forms for rock breaking, which improves rock breaking efficiency, reduces cutter wear, and speeds up the construction process.
