Abstract:
A highly water pressure resistant hot-air water-repellent nonwoven fabric, comprising a first fiber mesh (1), a second fiber mesh (2), and a meltblown layer (3) between the first fiber mesh (1) and the second fiber mesh (2). The first fiber mesh (1), the second fiber mesh (2), and the meltblown layer (3) are bonded by means of hot air. Also provided are a corresponding manufacturing system and manufacturing method for the highly water pressure resistant hot-air water-repellent nonwoven fabric. The fiber layers and the meltblown layer of the highly water pressure resistant hot-air water-repellent nonwoven fabric are bonded by means of hot air, such that the porosity of the fiber meshes are retained and the softness of the water-repellent nonwoven fabric is improved. The use of hot-air bonding can achieve a good bonding effect between fiber meshes and a meltblown layer without damaging the meltblown layer, and the water-repellent nonwoven fabric obtained thereby has a strong water pressure resistant feature. Moreover, the manufacturing system for the highly water pressure resistant hot-air water-repellent nonwoven fabric features a simple structure and easy operations, and the manufacturing method therefor features simple steps.
