Abstract:
Disclosed are a highway toll collection method, server and system and a storage medium, which are for solving the problem in the relevant art of the payment of highway tolls being inconvenient and not fast enough. The toll collection method comprises: a vehicle establishing, at a highway entrance, a first communication connection with a highway toll collection system for a highway, and sending, based on the first communication connection, a highway entrance message to the highway toll collection system; at a highway exit, establishing a second communication connection with the highway toll collection system, and sending, based on the second communication connection, a highway exit message to the highway toll collection system; and receiving a toll collection request message sent by the highway toll collection system so as to prompt a driver to make a payment.
