Abstract:
Hinge for the rotatable movement of a closing element that can be anchored to a stationary support structure, comprising a fixed element (10) that can be anchored to the stationary support structure, a movable element (20) that can be anchored to the closing element and a rotation pin (30) defining said longitudinal axis (X). The movable element (20) is rotatably coupled with said fixed element (10) to rotate around a longitudinal axis (X) between at least one open position and at least one closed position. The rotation pin (30) and one of the fixed (10) and moveable (20) comprise movable mutual rotatable coupling means (14, 33', 33"). The rotation pin (30) and the other of the fixed (10) and movable (20) element comprise removable mutual rotatable locking means (24, 32).

Claims:
CLAIMS

1. A hinge for the rotatable movement of a closing element, such as a door, a window, a shutter or the like, which can be anchored to a stationary support structure, such as a wall, a frame, a piece of furniture or the like, the hinge comprising:

- a fixed element (10) that can be anchored to the stationary support structure;

- a movable element (20) that can be anchored to the closing element, said movable element (20) being rotatably coupled with said fixed element (10) to rotate around a longitudinal axis (X) between at least one open position and at least one closed position;

- a rotation pin (30) defining said longitudinal axis (X);

wherein said rotation pin (30) and one of said fixed element (10) and said movable element (20) comprise means (14, 33', 33") for the mutual rotatable coupling;

wherein said rotation pin (30) and the other of said fixed element (10) and said movable element (20) comprise means (24, 32) for the mutual rotatable locking, the latter being of a removable type so that said rotation pin (30) and the other of said fixed element (10) and said movable element (20) can be rotatably locked in a plurality of relative angular positions to change said at least one closed position and at least one open position;

wherein each of said fixed (10) and movable (20) elements comprises a respective fixed (12) and movable (22) hinge body with a respective first and second inner seat (13, 23) susceptible to concealedly house said rotation pin (30), so that said mutual rotatable coupling means (14, 33', 33") and said rotatable locking means (24, 32) are inside said fixed (12) and movable (22) hinge body.

2. Hinge according to claim 1, wherein said rotation pin (30) and the other of said fixed element (10) and said movable element (20) are mutually movable one with respect to the other to the other around said longitudinal axis (X) between a start position and an end position.

3. Hinge according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said rotatable coupling means (14, 33', 33") comprise at least one first and at least one second abutment surface (34', 34") and at least one abutment element (14) mutually movable one with respect to the other.

4. Hinge according to the preceding claim, wherein said at least one first and at least one second abutment surface (34', 34") being mutually angularly spaced by a predetermined distance so that:

when said abutment element (14) and said at least one first abutment surface (34') are in mutual abutment, said rotation pin (30) and one of said fixed and movable element (10, 20) are in said start position; and

when said abutment element (14) and said at least one second abutment surface (34") are in mutual abutment said rotation pin (30) and one of said fixed and movable element (10, 20) are in said end position.

Hinge according to claim 3 or 4, wherein said rotation pin (30) comprises a first end portion (31") which includes one of said at least one first and one second abutment surface (34', 34") or at least one abutment element (14), the inner seat (13, 23) of the fixed or movable hinge body (12, 22) of one of said fixed and movable element (10, 20) comprising a working portion (14') which includes the other of said at least one first and one second abutment surface (34', 34") and at least one abutment element (14).

Hinge according to the preceding claim, wherein that of said rotation pin (30) and said one of said fixed and movable element (10, 20) which includes said at least one first and one second abutment surface (34', 34") further includes a curvilinear slot (33') extending between the latter to define said predetermined distance, said at least one abutment element (14) being slidably inserted into said curvilinear slot (33').

Hinge according to the preceding claim, wherein that of said rotation pin (30) and said one of said fixed and movable element (10, 20) which includes said at least one first and one second abutment surface (34', 34") further includes an axial slot (33") operatively communicating with said curvilinear slot (33'), said at least one abutment element (14) being slidably insertable/removable into/from said axial slot (33") to allow the axial coupling/de coupling of said rotation pin (30) and said one of said fixed and movable element (10, 20) exclusively by sliding in said axial slot (33").

Hinge according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said rotatable locking means (24, 32) comprise first male or female elements (32) and second female or male elements (24) mutually engageable in a removable manner, said rotation pin (30) comprising a second end portion (31') which includes one of the first male or female elements (32) and second female or male elements (24), the inner seat (13, 23) of the fixed or movable hinge body (12, 22) of said other of said fixed and movable elements (10, 20) comprising the other of first male or female elements (32) and second female or male elements (24).

Hinge according to the preceding claim, wherein said first male or female elements comprise one or more male projections (32) extending from the respective rotation pin (30) or from said other of said fixed and movable elements (10, 20), said second male or female elements comprising one or more counter-shaped female seats (24) removably and selectively engageable with said one or more male projections (32).

Hinge according to the preceding claim, wherein said first and second male or female elements comprise a respective plurality of male projections (32) and of counter shaped female seats (24) polarly distributed around a centre substantially coinciding with said axis (X), said male projections (32) being all equal to each other, said counter-shaped female seats (24) being all equal to each other too.

11. Hinge according to one or more of the preceding claims, wherein said rotation pin (30) and said other of said fixed element (10) and said movable element (20) comprise axial mutual locking means (25, 35), preferably of the screw and lead screw type.

Hinge according to the preceding claim, wherein said axial mutual locking means are of the screw and lead screw type (25, 35), the latter comprising a screw (25) axially passing through the fixed or movable hinge body (12, 22) of said other of said fixed element (10) and said movable element (20), said mutual axial locking means of the screw and lead screw type (25, 35) further comprising a lead screw axially obtained on said rotation pin (30) to mutually engage with said screw (25).

Hinge according to one or more of the preceding claims, wherein the hinge is of the Anuba type, at least one of closing element and the stationary support structure including a hole fixing the hinge, wherein said fixed element (10) a fixed lower half-hinge (10) and said movable element (20) is a movable upper half-hinge (20).

14. Hinge according to the preceding claim, wherein each of said fixed and movable half-hinges (10, 20) comprises a respective first and second hinge body (12, 22) and a respective first and second stem (11, 21) for respectively fixing to the support structure and to the closing element.

Hinge according to the preceding claim, wherein at least one of said first and said second stem (11, 21) comprises an inner cavity (15) defining a second longitudinal axis (Y) substantially perpendicular to said first axis (X), said inner cavity (15) comprising a free end (17) which includes a plurality of radially expandable fins (18).

Hinge according to the preceding claim, wherein that of said fixed and movable half-hinges (10, 20) which includes said at least one of said first and said second stem (11, 21) comprises at least one pulling element (40) inserted into said cavity (15) having a control head (42) accessible by an operator to act on said at least one pulling element (40), the latter having an opposite end (43) protruding from said free end (17) to mutually engage with an expanding element (41) susceptible to act on said fins (18) to radially expand them in response to the action of the operator on the pulling element (40) once said at least one of said first and said second stem (11, 21) is inserted into the hole of the at least one of the closing element and the stationary support structure.

Hinge according to the preceding claim, wherein the first and/or second hinge body (12, 22) of that of said fixed and movable half-hinges (10, 20) which includes said at least one of said first and said second stem (11, 21) comprises a hollow inner seat (13, 23) communicating with said cavity (15), said at least one pulling element (40) being inserted through said hollow inner seat (13, 23) and said cavity (15) so that said control head (42) is accessible to the operator from the outside of said first and/or second hinge body (12, 22).

18. Hinge according to the preceding claim, wherein said first and/or second hinge body (12, 22) comprises a through hole (16) for inserting said pulling element (40), said control head (42) being accessible to the operator from the outside of said through hole (16).

Hinge according to the preceding claim, wherein the first and/or second hinge body (12, 22) of the one of said fixed and movable half-hinges (10, 20) which includes said at least one of said first and said second stem (11, 21) comprises a seat (19) for the concealedly insertion of said control head (42) of said pulling element (40), said seat (19) including said through hole (16).

20. Hinge according to the preceding claim, wherein said control head (42) includes an abutment surface (45) susceptible of coming into contact with a corresponding abutment surface (19') of said seat (19).

Hinge according to any one of the preceding claims 16 to 20, wherein said pulling element (40) includes a shank (44) operatively connected with said control head (42) slidingly insertable through said through hole (16), said shank (44) having a length (LI) slightly greater than the distance (L2) between said through hole (16) and said free end (17).

22. Hinge according to the preceding claim, wherein said shank (44) is threaded at least at said opposite end (43), said expanding element (41) being internally counter- threaded so that to the rotation of said at least one pulling element (40) around said second axis (Y) there corresponds a translation of said expanding element (41) along the same second axis (Y) towards said fins (18).

23. Hinge according to one or more of claims 16 to 22, wherein said expanding element (41) has a generally frustoconical shape with a diverging taper with respect to said second axis (Y).

24. Hinge according to one or more of the preceding claims 13 to 23, wherein said at least one of said first and said second stem (11, 21) is said first stem (11) of said fixed lower half-hinge (10), the stationary support structure including a hole for fixing the hinge.

25. A hinge of the Anuba type for the rotatable movement of a closing element, such as a door, a window, a shutter or the like, anchored to the stationary support structure, such as a wall, a frame, a piece of furniture or the like, at least one of the closing element and the stationary support structure including a hole for fixing the hinge, the hinge comprising:

- a fixed lower half-hinge (10);

- a movable upper half-hinge (20), said fixed and movable half-hinges (10, 20) being mutually rotatably coupled to rotate around a longitudinal axis (X) between at least one open position and at least one closed position;

wherein each of said fixed and movable half-hinges (10, 20) comprises a respective first and second hinge body (12, 22) and a respective first and second stem (11, 21) for respectively fixing to the support structure and to the closing element;

wherein at least one of said first and said second stem (11, 21) comprises an inner cavity (15) defining a second longitudinal axis (Y) substantially perpendicular to said first axis (X), said inner cavity (15) comprising a free end (17) which includes a plurality of radially expandable fins (18);

wherein that of said fixed and movable half-hinges (10, 20) which includes said at least one of said first and said second stem (11, 21) comprises at least one pulling element (40) inserted into said cavity (15) having a control head (42) accessible by an operator to act on said at least one pulling element (40), the latter having an opposite end (43) protruding from said free end (17) to mutually engage with an expanding element (41) susceptible to act on said fins (18) to radially expand them in response to the action of the operator on the pulling element (40) once said at least one of said first and said second stem (11, 21) is inserted into the hole of the at least one of the closing element and the stationary support structure.

26. Hinge according to the preceding claim, wherein the first and/or second hinge body (12, 22) of that of said fixed and movable half-hinges (10, 20) which includes said at least one of said first and said second stem (11, 21) comprises a hollow inner seat (13, 23) communicating with said cavity (15), said at least one pulling element (40) being inserted through said hollow inner seat (13, 23) and said cavity (15) so that said control head (42) is accessible to the operator from the outside of said first and/or second hinge body (12, 22).

27. Hinge according to the preceding claim, wherein said first and/or second hinge body (12, 22) comprises a through hole (16) for inserting said pulling element (40), said control head (42) being accessible to the operator from the outside of said through hole (16).

Hinge according to the preceding claim, wherein the first and/or second hinge body (12, 22) of the one of said fixed and movable half-hinges (10, 20) which includes said at least one of said first and said second stem (11, 21) comprises a seat (19) for the concealedly insertion of said control head (42) of said pulling element (40), said seat (19) including said through hole (16).

29. Hinge according to the preceding claim, wherein said control head (42) includes an abutment surface (45) susceptible of coming into contact with a corresponding abutment surface (19') of said seat (19).

30. Hinge according to any one of the preceding claims 25 to 29, wherein said pulling element (40) includes a shank (44) operatively connected with said control head (42) slidingly insertable through said through hole (16), said shank (44) having a length (LI) slightly greater than the distance (L2) between said through hole (16) and said free end (17).

31. Hinge according to the preceding claim, wherein said shank (44) is threaded at least at said opposite end (43), said expanding element (41) being internally counter- threaded so that to the rotation of said at least one pulling element (40) around said second axis (Y) there corresponds a translation of said expanding element (41) along the same second axis (Y) towards said fins (18).

32. Hinge according to one or more of claims 25 to 31, wherein said expanding element (41) has a generally frustoconical shape with a diverging taper with respect to said second axis (Y).

33. Hinge according to one or more of claims 25 to 32, wherein one of said fixed and movable half-hinges (10, 20) comprises a rotation pin (30), the other of said fixed and movable half-hinges (10, 20) comprising an inner seat (13, 23) that can be engaged with said rotation pin (30), the latter (30) and said inner (13, 23) comprising removable mutual coupling means (14, 33', 33").

34. Hinge according to one or more of the preceding claims 25 to 33, wherein said at least one of said first and said second stem (11, 21) is said first stem (11) of said fixed lower half-hinge (10), the stationary support structure including a hole for fixing the hinge.

Description:
HINGE FOR THE ROTATIONAL MOVEMENT OF A CLOSING ELEMENT

DESCRIPTION

Field of the invention

The present invention generally regards the technical field of hinges, and it particularly regards a hinge for the rotatable movement of a closing element.

State of the Art

It is known that in order to rotatably connect a closing element, such as a door, a window, a shutter or the like, to a stationary support structure, such as a wall, a frame, a piece of furniture or the like, hinges are generally used.

The latter, in a per se known manner, have a fixed element anchored to the stationary support structure and a movable element anchored to the closing element.

The type of hinge most available in the market is the so-called Anuba hinge, which essentially consists of two pieces, a fixed lower half-hinge and a movable upper half-hinge, rotatably coupled to each other.

Each of the lower and upper half-hinges have a threaded shank which allows the fixing thereof respectively to the stationary support structure and to the closing element.

Anuba hinges can be free, i.e. fully rotatably by 360° without any hindrance, or they can have an abutment point to limit the opening angle thereof. The latter type is particularly common for use with furniture shutters.

A known disadvantage of such hinges lies in the poor versatility thereof. The opening angle of the movable element with respect to the fixed element, is actually predetermined and cannot be changed unless by changing the hinge.

Another known solution for limiting the opening angle of a door are door-stop elements glued or screwed to the ground, or rubber bumper pads onto the wall or onto the handle of the door.

Such solutions are clearly uncomfortable, aesthetically poorly appealing and cumbersome.

Summary of the invention

An object of the present invention is to at least partly overcome the aforementioned drawbacks, by providing a hinge that is highly functional, easy to manufacture and inexpensive. A particular object of the invention is to provide a hinge that is versatile.

A particular object of the invention is to provide a hinge that is highly durable over time.

A particular object of the invention is to provide a hinge that requires minimum maintenance.

These and other objects that will be more apparent hereinafter, are attained by a hinge according to what is described, illustrated and/or claimed herein.

The dependent claims describe advantageous embodiments of the invention.

Brief description of the drawings

Further characteristics and advantages of the invention will be more apparent in light of the detailed description of a preferred but non-exclusive embodiment of a hinge 1, illustrated by way of non-limiting example with reference to the attached drawings, wherein:

Detailed description of some preferred embodiments

With reference to the aforementioned figures, herein described is a hinge 1 suitable to rotatably move any closing element, for example a door, a with reference, a shutter or the like, anchored to any stationary support structure, for example a wall, a frame, a piece of furniture of the like.

In particular, the hinge 1 may be particularly used for rotatably moving the shutters of a piece of furniture from a closing position to an opening position.

Essentially the hinge 1 comprises a fixed element 10 and a movable element 20, rotatably coupled to each other to rotate around a rotation axis X. In a preferred but non-exclusive embodiment, the hinge 1 may be of the Anuba type, i.e. it essentially consists of a fixed lower half-hinge 10 that can be anchored to the stationary support structure and a movable upper half-hinge 20.

Even though hereinafter the present invention will refer to such type of hinge, it is clear that the present invention can apply to any type of hinge, within the limits of the attached claims.

In the figures, the stationary support structure and the closing element were not represented, in that per se known.

It is also clear that even though in the attached figures the fixed lower half-hinge was indicated with 10 and the movable upper half-hinge was indicated with 20, the opposite may occur, and i.e. that the fixed lower half-hinge is indicated with 20 while the movable upper half-hinge is indicated with 10, without departing from the scope of protection of the attached claims.

Suitably, each of the fixed lower half-hinge 10 and movable upper half-hinge 20 may include a hinge body 12, 22, which may be substantially cylindrical, and a stem 11, 21 for anchoring to the support structure and to the closing element respectively.

The stems 11, 21 may be of the conventional type, as illustrated for example in FIG. 7.

On the other hand, at least one of the stems 11, 21, and preferably the stem 11, may have different characteristics with respect to the conventional stems, as better outlined hereinafter. Some embodiments of such type of hinge are illustrated for example in FIGS. 1 to 6.

Furthermore, in a preferred but non-exclusive embodiment each of the fixed lower half-hinge 10 and movable upper half-hinge 20 may be of the conventional type, with a rotation pin 30 protruding from one of the them monolithically with the latter. Some embodiments of such type of hinge are illustrated for example in FIGS. 1 to 5.

On the other hand, in another embodiment the hinge 1 may comprise a rotation pin 30 removably insertable into the fixed lower half-hinge 10 and movable upper half-hinge 20, as better outlined hereinafter. Some embodiments of such type of hinge are illustrated for example in FIGS. 6 and 7.

It is clear that the hinge 1 may even have only one of the characteristics mentioned above, i.e. the fixed lower half-hinge 10 and the movable upper half-hinge 20 are suitable to house the removable rotation pin 30 or at least one of the stems 11, 21 of special type, or both, without departing from the scope of protection of the attached claims.

Advantageously, the rotation pin 30 may be concealedly insertable into inner seats 13, 23 of the fixed and movable cylindrical hinge bodies 12, 22. More in particular, such inner seats 13, 23 may be defined by blind holes drilled on the fixed and movable cylindrical hinge bodies 12, 22.

The concealedly insertion of the rotation pin 30 into the inner seats 13, 23 will allow - once the fixed and movable cylindrical hinge bodies 12, 22 are coupled to each other - the pin 30 not to be visible from the external.

To this end, in the embodiments in which the rotation pin 30 is removable, the sum of the heights HI, H2 of the inner seats 13, 23 may be at least equal to the height H3 of the pin 30. On the other hand, in the embodiments in which the rotation pin 30 is monolithic with one of the fixed or movable cylindrical hinge bodies 12, 22, the height HI of the corresponding cylindrical seat may be at least equal to the height H3 of the pin 30.

Thanks to such characteristic, the pin 30 will be protected against dirt and inadvertent impacts, thus extending the duration thereof.

Suitably, the rotation pin 30 may have an end portion 3 with a plurality of male projections 32, which may be polarly distributed around a centre substantially coinciding with the axis X.

On the other hand, the rotation pin 30 may have an opposite end portion 31" with an axial slot 33' and a curvilinear slot 33", placed in communication with each other. Then, an undercut 33"', whose function will be described better hereinafter, may be suitably provided for.

The seat 23 of the movable hinge body 22 may have a plurality of counter-shaped female seats 24, also polarly distributed around a centre substantially coinciding with the axis X and designated to be mutually and removably engaged with the male projections 32 of the rotation pin 30.

Suitably, the male projections 32 may all be equal to each other, same case applying to the counter-shaped female seats 24. Thus, it will be possible to mutually join the rotation pin 30 and the movable hinge body 22 in a plurality of relative angular positions.

The greater the number of male projections 32 and correspondingly the counter- shaped female seats 24, the greater will be the number of mutual angular positions in which the rotation pin 30 and the movable hinge body 22 may be engaged.

Alternatively, as observable in FIG. 9, there may be provided for a substantially quadrangular-shaped male element 32 extending from the pin 30 to be engaged in a female seat 24 shaped to forma dodecagonal star or another similar shape.

In any case, the shape-engagement will rotatably lock the rotation pin 30 and the movable hinge body 22, which can only be axially de-coupled once mutually engaged.

A screw 25 passing through the hole 26 of the movable hinge body 22 may be provided for in order to avoid axial de-couplings of the rotation pin 30 and the movable hinge body 22. Suitably, the hole 26 may be arranged along the axis X. Suitably, the end 3 of the pin 30 may include a lead-screw 35 that can be engaged with the screw 25. Thus, this will also allow misalignment of the closing element.

It is clear that the screw 25 may be arranged both above and beneath the hinge 1, as illustrated for example in FIGS. 6 and 7. On the other hand, should the pin 30 be monolithic with the fixed lower hinge body 11, like for example illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 5, the screw 25 could be absent, in which case such elements would remain coupled by gravity.

On the other hand, the seat 13 of the fixed hinge body 12 may have - at the end portion - 14' an abutment element 14, which may be axially insertable into the axial slot 33' and - through the latter - into the curvilinear slot 33".

In the latter, the abutment element 14 will remain locked axially and it may only rotate between the abutment surfaces 34' and 34", as illustrated in particular in FIG. 8. The angular distance between the latter will define the travel of the abutment element 14, for example 90°, 120° or 140°, and basically the opening angle of the closing element.

One or more undercuts 33'", which may house the abutment element 14 during the rotation between the abutment surfaces 34' and 34" may be provided for along the curvilinear slot 33". This will allow defining one or more stop positions for the closing element.

The configuration of the undercut 33'" will determine the greater or lesser force with which the closing element is held in the stop position. For example, a deeper undercut 33'" will determine a greater force to unlock the closing element from the stop position. Sliding surfaces for facilitating the locking / unlocking of the closing element in the / from the stop position.

For example, an undercut 33"' may be provided for at the position of the closing element open. On the other hand, various undercuts, possibly with different configuration, for example when the closing element reaches the opening positions at 45°, 90° and 120°.

The coupling between the abutment element 14 and the curvilinear slot 33" will mutually axially lock the rotation pin 30 and the fixed hinge body 12 too, which will be axially coupled / de-coupled solely and exclusively by sliding the abutment element 14 in the axial slot 33'.

Thanks to such characteristics, it will be possible to vary the angular position of the closed and open positions of the closing element.

As a matter of fact, to this end it will be sufficient to unscrew the screw 25 from the lead-screw 35 and vary the relative angular position of the pin 30 and of the upper hinge body 20 disengaging and subsequently re-engaging the male projections 32 and the counter shaped female seats 24 in the case of the embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 6 and 7, or the quadrangular-shaped male element 32 and the dodecagonal star-shaped seat 24 in the case of the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 9.

Thus, basically the angular position of the abutment surfaces 34', 34", defining the opening angle of the closing element, will vary.

In order to allow a simple and safe fixing of the hinge 1, and in particular of the lower hinge body 10 to the relative stationary support structure, the stem 11, which may define an axis Y substantially perpendicular to the axis X, may be internally hollow to define a cavity 15 placed in communication with the inner seat 13 and facing a through hole 16.

A pulling element 40 which may be axially inserted through the cavity 15, the through hole 16 and the portion of inner seat 13 interposed therebetween, may also be provided for.

The pulling element 40 may have a control head 42 and a shank 44, which may be threaded at least at the free end 43.

The shank 44 may have a length LI slightly greater than the distance L2 between the hole 16 and the end 17 of the stem 11, so that once inserted through the cavity 15, the through hole 16 and the portion of inner seat 13 interposed therebetween protrudes from the end 17 so as to be engaged in an expanding element 41, which may be substantially frusto-conical-shaped with diverging taper with respect to the axis Y. The end 17 may have a plurality of fins 18 polarly distributed around the axis Y so as to be engaged with the conical expanding element 41, which expands them radially.

Operatively, the fixing of the lower hinge body 10 to the relative stationary support structure will occur by drilling the latter and inserting the stem 11 into such hole, after inserting the screw 40 through the cavity 15, the through hole 16 and the portion of inner seat 13 interposed therebetween, and after screwing the conical expanding element 41 onto the end 43 of the pulling element 40 so that the conical expanding element 41 is coupled into the fins 18.

As a matter of fact, the latter will be engaged with the conical expanding element 41 preventing the rotation thereof around the axis Y, so that upon screwing the pulling element 40 the conical expanding element 41 can exclusively translate along the same axis Y.

Subsequently, the operator may act on a special tool, for example a screwdriver, on the control head 42 of the pulling element 40 to tighten it, thus causing - as seen above - the translation of the conical expanding element 41 along the axis Y.

Thanks to the particular geometry of the expanding element 41, the axial translation of the latter will correspond to the radial expansion of the fins 18, which will fix the lower hinge body 12 to the stationary support structure in a simple and firm manner.

The configuration outlined above is particularly advantageous even because it allows to assemble the closing element in a simple and quick manner.

As a matter of fact, it will be sufficient to screw the movable upper hinge body 20 to the closing element in a conventional manner, couple the fixed lower hinge body 10 thereto and then fix the latter to the stationary support structure as seen above.

Preferably, as illustrated for example in FIGS. 5 and 6, one of the fixed lower hinge body 10 or the movable upper hinge body 20 will include the abutment element 14, while the other of the fixed lower hinge body 10 or the upper movable hinge body 20 will include the slots 33', 33".

Thus, the interaction between the abutment element 14 and the screws 33', 33" will guarantee the removable mutual coupling between the fixed 10 and movable 20 hinge bodies. This will allow to fix the stem 11 into the aforementioned hole with the hinge 1 previously fixed to the closing element hence guaranteeing high precision fixing of the latter.

In a preferred but non-exclusive embodiment, the hinge body 10 may have a seat 19 for the concealedly insertion of the head 42 of the pulling element 40. Thus, this will prevent the opening closing element from impacting against the head 42.

More in particular, when the latter is in the seat 19 the abutment surface 45 thereof may come to contact with the abutment surface 19' of the seat 19.

In light of the above, it is clear that the invention attains the pre-set objectives.

The invention is susceptible to numerous modifications and variants all falling within the inventive concept outlined in the attached claims. All details can be replaced by other technically equivalent elements, and the materials can be different depending on the technical needs, without departing from the scope of protection of the invention.

For example, the counter-shaped female seats 24 may belong to the pin 30 and the male projections to the upper hinge body 20 or to the lower hinge body 10. On the other hand, the pin 30 may include the abutment element 14 while the abutment surfaces 34', 34" may be obtained on the lower 10 or upper 20 hinge body.
