A home control method based on motion recognition, comprises: a motion recognition module (40), an emotion recognition and determination module (30), an audio signal collection module (10), a video signal collection module (20), an integrated information processing module (50), a control module (60), and a wireless transceiver module (70); the motion recognition module (40) and the emotion recognition and determination module (30) are electrically connected to the integrated information processing module (50); the audio signal collection module (10) is connected to the emotion recognition and determination module (30); the video signal collection module (20) is connected to the motion recognition module (40) and the emotion recognition and determination module (30); the integrated information processing module (50) is electrically connected to the wireless transceiver module (70) by means of the control module (60); the integrated information processing module (50) performs an integrating process on the motion recognition result and the emotion recognition result to obtain integrated determination information, and control, according to the integrated determination information, each of the smart home appliances to perform a corresponding operation. The invention provides a user various options, enabling more user-friendly usage and control of the smart home.
