Abstract:
Disclosed is a hook-type commutator capable of preventing insulating varnish from coming off. The hook-type commutator comprises a Bakelite powder base body (6), and commutation copper sheets (5) circumferentially arranged at the periphery of the Bakelite powder base body (6), wherein a welding wire hook (4) is arranged at the top of each of the commutation copper sheets (5), insulation between adjacent commutation copper sheets (5) is achieved by means of insulating grooves (1), the top end surface of the Bakelite powder base body (6) is provided with upward conical protrusions (3), and surfaces of the conical protrusions (3) are provided with concave-convex rough surfaces of which the roughness is not less than Ra12.5. After the commutator is subjected to wire welding and a varnish dripping insulation treatment, insulating varnish can be thinned and firmly frozen on the top end surface of the commutator, and the insulating varnish can be effectively prevented from coming off when the commutator operates.
