Abstract:
A horizontal directional drilling rig, comprising a walking portion (1), a drill frame (2), a first support portion (3), and a second support portion (4). The drill frame (2) is disposed on the walking portion (1). The first support portion (3) is fixed to a fixed object and detachably connected to a first end of the drill frame. The second support portion (4) is fixed to the fixed object and detachably connected to a second end of the drill frame. The horizontal directional drilling rig employs a modular assembly and disassembly design to achieve modular segmentation, and can be disassembled into several independent units while meeting regulatory requirements in total size and weight. The invention thus enables rapid disassembly of the whole machine and the transportation of disassembled parts, and effectively reduces the structural size, thereby achieving rapid disassembly and convenient transportation of heavy machinery, and enabling large-sized horizontal directional drilling rigs to meet transportation regulations and requirements.
