Abstract:
A horizontal interlayer fluidized-bed biomass micron fuel crusher and a method of using same, wherein the horizontal interlayer fluidized-bed biomass micron fuel crusher comprises a feeding system, a horizontal interlayer crushing chamber, and a discharging system. The feeding system is sequentially provided with a feeding port (1), a feeding and distributing auger (2), and a distributing inlet channel (3) in the moving direction of biomass fuel to be crushed. The horizontal interlayer crushing chamber is provided with a horizontal crushing cylinder and a base (12) that is located below the horizontal crushing cylinder and used for fixing the horizontal crushing cylinder. The horizontal crushing cylinder comprises an upper machine body (8), a lower machine body (9) and a rotating shaft (14) that are detachably connected.
