Abstract:
A horizontal single-axis solar tracker support stand and a linkage system thereof, comprising a vertical column (1), a main beam (3) that is rotatable and is provided on the vertical column (1), and a fixed support frame (9) fixed to the main beam (3) and able to rotate with said beam (3); the fixed support frame (9) is provided with a solar cell assembly (8), said assembly (8) being arranged so as to form an inclined angle relative to a horizontal plane. The fixed support frame (9) is arranged in a north-south orientation; when used in the southern hemisphere, the solar cell assembly (8) is arranged at an inclined angle such that the northern side thereof is high and the southern side thereof is low; when used in the northern hemisphere, the solar cell assembly is oriented in a manner contrary to that when used in the southern hemisphere. The horizontal single-axis solar tracker support stand and the linkage system thereof are structurally simple. The invention ensures the stability, durability, and reliability of a horizontal single-axis arrangement while being able to collect an amount of solar energy on par with that of a titled single-axis arrangement. The linkage system is structurally adaptable, durable, and reliable, and thus can be widely applied in the field of solar tracking support stands and the linkage systems thereof.
