Abstract:
A hot and cold pack product and a preparation method for same, pertaining to the technical field of healthcare products. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing the following ingredients in percentage by weight, 5-25% of acrylamide, 1-10% of hydroxymethyl acrylamide, 15-35% of glycerin, 0.1-1% of sodium chloride, and 30-50% of water; adding the water and glycerin into a reactor, then adding the acrylamide, hydroxymethyl acrylamide, and sodium chloride, and stirring the ingredients for 12-36 hours to obtain a material to be used; filling a bag with the material, and pressing the bag filled with the material with a flat heavy article for 30-180 minutes, such that an elastic gel member is formed within the bag; and removing the bag, wrapping the elastic gel member with a piece of wrapping fabric, and hemming the piece of wrapping fabric along a shape of the elastic gel member. Such preparation method is simple, uses cheap and readily accessible ingredients, and is free of pollution and easy to promote. The prepared hot and cold pack product has superior thermal insulation performance and is not easily deformed.
