Abstract:
The present invention relates to a hot dog manufacturing device, comprising: a fixing unit that fixes a sausage through a pressing plate; an insertion unit that inserts a stick into the sausage fixed by the fixing unit; a transfer unit that transfers the sausage having the stick inserted therein from the insertion unit; and a molding unit that includes a mold into which the sausage transferred from the transfer unit is inserted, supplies dough to the mold, and rotates the mold such that the dough supplied to the mold is formed on the sausage. Due to this configuration, the sausage is inserted into the mold to which the dough is supplied, and the mold is rotated to form the dough on the sausage such that the dough can be formed hygienically. As such, not only can the dough be formed quickly, but also the dough can be formed in a fixed amount through supply of a constant amount of dough.
