Abstract:
Disclosed is a hot melt adhesive bottom machine for the production of plastic woven bags. The hot melt adhesive bottom machine comprises a machine body (1), a conveying belt (2) is arranged in the middle of the top of the machine body (1), fixing blocks (3) are fixedly connected to two sides of the top of the machine body (1), positioning blocks (4) are fixedly connected to opposite faces of the two fixing blocks (3), a fixing rod (5) is fixedly connected between the two positioning blocks (4), a first bearing (6) is fixedly sleeved on an outer surface of the fixing rod (5), and a pressing wheel (7) is fixedly sleeved on an outer surface of the first bearing (6). For the hot melt adhesive bottom machine for the production of plastic woven bags, an electric motor (18) is used as a power source, bag arranging blocks (12) are driven to rotate by means of cooperation between the power source and a rotating rod (11), such that bag arranging rods can swing in a reciprocating manner within a certain angle range, falling plastic woven bags can be arranged together, and the plastic woven bags are arranged in a mechanical manner, and thus manual labor is relieved, working efficiency is improved, and the production cost for enterprises is greatly reduced.
