Abstract:
A hot rolled seamless steel tube and a deformation and phase transformation integrated control method for structure thereof, belonging to the field of hot rolled seamless steel tube production. The elements included in the hot rolled seamless steel tube are: C: 0.04-0.4%, Si: 0.1-0.8%, Mn: 0.3-2.5%, P: 0.001-0.03%, S: 0.001-0.03%, Al: 0.001-0.05%, Ti: 0.003-0.03%, Mg+Ca+Zr+B: 0.001-0.01%, O: 0.001-0.008%, N: 0.003-0.012%, the balances being Fe and inevitable impurity elements. The control method thereof comprises optimally designing the chemical composition and the distribution of inclusions in the steel tube, performing reasonable control of smelting, rolling and cooling processes, and utilizing tissue refinement effect of special inclusions particles, so as to eliminate adverse structures such as coarse grain boundary ferrite, widmanstatten structure and ferrite side-plate, and obtain fine grain structures, thereby improving the strength and toughness of the tube.
