This hot-runner mold comprises: a hot-runner mold body part that is fixed to a fixed plate and supplies, to an injection mold, a molten resin received from a resin inlet; a nozzle receiving part that is disposed to tilt from a position perpendicular to the resin inlet of the hot-runner mold body part and coaxially connected to a nozzle of an injection device for supplying the molten resin; a relay part that has therein a resin flow passage having a curved section and guides the molten resin from the nozzle receiving part to the resin inlet; and a restriction part that is fixed to the fixed plate and restricts the movement of the nozzle receiving part or relay part with respect to the hot-runner mold body part.
