[Solution] A house 10 includes a corridor 210, a hall 220 connected to the corridor 210, a living room 230 connected to the hall 220, a ventilation system 40 that supplies air from the outside of the house 10 to the living room 230 and discharges air from the hall 220 to the outside of the house 10, and a fan 81 that discharges air from the living room 230 to the outside of the house 10.
