Abstract:
A hub (1) with a steering function comprises: a hub bearing part (3) having a hub bearing (21) that supports a wheel (13) of a vehicle (11) in a freely rotating manner; a unit support member (5) that is linked to a suspension device (33) and supports the hub bearing part (3); and a rotation-permitting support member (7) that supports the hub bearing part (3) so as to be able to rotate about a steering shaft center (A) extending in the vertical direction with respect to the unit support member (5). A drive shaft (53), which transmits a driving force from a drive source of the vehicle (11), is linked to the hub bearing (21).
