A human-machine interaction method and apparatus based on the Internet of vehicles, wherein same are applicable to a background end. The method comprises: collecting energy consumption data of all vehicles and associated driving behavior data thereof; generating energy consumption ranking data on the basis of the collected energy consumption data; generating driving behavior statistical data on the basis of the energy consumption ranking data and the collected driving behavior data; and sending the energy consumption ranking data and the driving behavior statistical data to the vehicles. According to the method, a platform is provided for the sharing of a driving behavior of a driver and the regulation of the driving behavior of the driver, thus facilitating the reduction of the overall energy consumption of a new energy vehicle.
