Abstract:
A human resource matching system 10 comprises: a shared database that stores job offer item data from a specific enterprise; service record data of a job applicant that is shared, using a blockchain, between cooperative business units; a search result presentation means that, when a search instruction related to a job offer item has been received from the job applicant, extracts job offer item data conforming to the search instruction on the basis of desired conditions of the job applicant who submitted the search instruction, the job offer item data stored in the shared database, and the service record data of the job applicant which is distributed to a network of the blockchain, and that presents the extracted job offer item data as a search result to the job applicant; and a decision information transmission means that, when the job applicant has decided on a job offer item from the search result, transmits information identifying the job offer item and profile data of the job applicant to the specific enterprise which registered the job offer item.
