Abstract:

A hybrid aluminum electrolytic capacitor and a fabrication method therefor, wherein the hybrid aluminum electrolytic capacitor is impregnated with a film repair liquid, and the composition of the film repair liquid comprises: an organic solvent that has a boiling point higher than 180°C, a small amount of an inorganic acid and/or organic acid, and amines that have a boiling point higher than 180°C. The voltage resistance of the film repair liquid is high, and the film repair liquid has the function of repairing an oxide film of an aluminum non-solid electrolytic capacitor anode foil. The hybrid aluminum electrolytic capacitor prepared by using a film repair liquid has the characteristics of a high voltage, high capacity, low impedance, small leakage current, and so on, and may maintain the properties of low equivalent series resistance and low impedance at a high frequency range.
