Abstract:
The present invention relates to a hybrid cooling device for removing the reaction heat of an FT slurry bubble column reactor capable of controlling the temperature of the reaction heat generated in a reaction for producing synthetic gas in a coal gasifier with a catalyst, and more specifically, a latent heat cooling pipe containing an internal pipe is installed in the center of an FT slurry bubble column reactor and a plurality of cooling pipes are vertically separated into multi-stages and are installed at the edge, which is the side portion. Accordingly, the present invention relates to a hybrid cooling device for removing the reaction heat of an FT slurry bubble column reactor capable of controlling the temperature of the center and side of the reactor to be uniform by mixing a method of central cooling of the latent heat by phase change of the cooling water sprayed from the internal pipe into steam and a method for side cooling by direct cooling through selectively supplying cooling water or steam to a cooling pipe.
