Abstract:
Disclosed is a hydraulic pressure energy-saving device, comprising: an oil storage tank (10), a pressure oil pressure vessel (11), a first hydraulic pump (3), a second hydraulic pump (4) and at least one hydraulic motor (6). The first hydraulic pump (3) and the second hydraulic pump (4) are driven coaxially and synchronously. The second hydraulic pump (4) is arranged within the pressure oil pressure vessel (11). An oil suction port of the first hydraulic pump (3) is connected to the oil storage tank (10). An oil discharge port of the first hydraulic pump (3) is connected to the pressure oil pressure vessel (11). An oil suction port of the second hydraulic pump (4) is arranged within the pressure oil pressure vessel (11). An oil discharge port of the second hydraulic pump (4) is connected to an oil transport port of the hydraulic motor (6). An oil discharge port of the hydraulic motor (6) is connected to the oil storage tank (10). The oil discharge amount per unit of the first hydraulic pump (3) is greater than the oil discharge amount per unit of the second hydraulic pump (4). In the present device, the characteristic that the oil discharge amount of the former stage hydraulic pump is greater than the oil discharge amount of the latter stage hydraulic pump is utilized to pressurize the latter stage hydraulic pump and push the latter stage hydraulic pump, which enhances the efficiency of the equipment and reduces the motive power drive load.
