Abstract:
Disclosed is a hydraulic system which can convert a quantity of the fluid discharged from a pilot pump into a pilot signal pressure or return same directly to a hydraulic tank by operating a manipulation lever or not. The present invention provides a hydraulic system for a construction machine, which includes: a main hydraulic pump and a pilot pump connected to an engine; a main control valve arranged in the fluid discharge path of the hydraulic pump for controlling a quantity of the fluid discharged from the hydraulic pump by spool switching; a manipulation lever arranged in the fluid discharge path of the pilot pump for controlling a quantity of the pilot fluid delivered to the spool of the main control valve; a relief valve arranged in the upstream side of the fluid discharge path of the pilot pump for converting a quantity of the fluid discharged from the pilot pump into a pilot signal pressure; a solenoid valve arranged in a branch fluid path branching from the fluid discharge path of the pilot pump in the downstream side of the relief valve for opening or closing the branch fluid path upon the spool switching by a control signal; and a control part for generating a control signal to open or close the solenoid valve by operating the manipulation lever or not.
