Abstract:
Provided is a hydraulically driven rotary separation-type lifting/lowering conveyor and application thereof, comprising a rotary sorting conveyor and a lifting/lowering transition conveyor; the rotary sorting conveyor comprises a supporting frame (10), a first drive apparatus, a rotating shaft (17), a base, and a roller conveyor; the lifting/lowering transition conveyor comprises a guide frame (8), a load-bearing platform (5), and a second drive apparatus; the guide frame (8) is internally provided with a rack and pinion transmission mechanism; the top of the rack (3) is connected to the bottom of the load-bearing platform (5). In the technical solution, the rotary sorting conveyor and the lifting/lowering transition conveyor operate together in conjunction with each other, and also may operate independently; thus the inbound transport needs of different heights can be satisfied, using the lifting/lowering transition conveyor to transfer tobacco trays between the inbound conveyor system and the rotary sorting conveyor, while the means of lifting and rotating also are separated, and the rotary sorting conveyor avoids interference with the transport operations of the inbound conveyor system.
