Abstract:
A waterwheel (11) is disposed in a flow channel (40) which has a fluid flowing therein. A generator (12) is driven by the waterwheel (11). A control unit (13) performs first control. The flow channel (40) includes a first flow channel (41) that is situated on an inflow side of the waterwheel (11). The control unit (13) controls either the flow rate (Qw) or the drop (ΔPw) of the waterwheel (11) in such a manner as to cause any one of a fluid pressure (Pa) in the first flow channel (41), a flow rate (Qa) of fluid in the first flow channel (41), and a fluid level (Ha) of fluid in a first reservoir tank (50) from which the fluid flows out into the first flow channel (41), to be brought close to a first target value.
