Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for producing a hydrogel using mushroom- or fungus-derived chitosan or derivatives thereof which are crosslinked by self-assembly to have a viscosity of 5000 to 55000 cP; and a hydrogel produced thereby using mushroom- or fungus-derived chitosan, or derivatives thereof, which has excellent biocompatibility and applicability, and has excellent antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and deodorizing effects. The method for producing the hydrogel using mushroom- or fungus-derived chitosan or derivatives thereof comprises the steps of: (A) mixing by adding an acidic aqueous solution to mushroom- or fungus-derived chitosan or derivatives thereof; (B) after mixing in step (A), mixing by adding a basic aqueous solution such that the pH becomes 6.1 to 6.24; and (C) after mixing in step (B), sterilizing at 0.01 to 0.2 Mpa.
