An emergency breakaway coupling (31), which is a disconnect coupling, is configured such that a first coupler (32) and a second coupler (33) thereof are connected under normal conditions and the first coupler (32) and the second coupler (33) are disconnected during emergency. A disconnect detecting device (34) includes a detector piece (35) and a movable piece (36) that are provided in the emergency breakaway coupling (31). The disconnect detecting device (34) detects the disconnect of the emergency breakaway coupling (31) due to the movement of the movable piece (36) from the detector piece (35). The detector piece (35) and the movable piece (36) are provided in the emergency breakaway coupling (31) such that the direction O2-O2 of movement, along which the movable piece (36) moves from the detector piece (35), is parallel to the direction O1-O1 of disconnect, along which the first coupler (32) disconnects from the second coupler (33).
