Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a hydrogenation micro-interface system, comprising a hydrogenation reactor. A central region at the bottom surface of the hydrogenation reactor protrudes upwards to form a plane. Liquid outlets are respectively arranged at flat parts on two sides of the plane which protrudes from the bottom surface of the hydrogenation reactor. A liquid inlet and a product outlet are arranged on a side wall of the hydrogenation reactor. A liquid jet is arranged at an upper part in the hydrogenation reactor. The bottom part of the liquid jet is a plane, and the top part of the liquid jet has a semicircular arc surface. Several jetting ports are arranged in sequence on the semicircular arc surface and have jetting directions facing the top part of the hydrogenation reactor. The liquid inlet is connected to the bottom part of the liquid jet by means of a pipeline. The product outlet is connected to a refined hydrogenation reactor to perform deep hydrogenation reaction. A gas phase separated from a reaction product from the bottom part of the refined hydrogenation reactor enters a desulfurization column such that hydrogen sulfide in the gas phase is absorbed. The hydrogenation micro-interface system of the present disclosure saves the cost of cleaning and on-site operations.
