Abstract:
Provided are: an ice maker capable of accurately sensing whether ice making water accommodated in an ice making groove is full; a refrigerator; and a control method therefor. To this end, an ice maker according to the present invention comprises: a control box in which a control unit is arranged; an ice tray which is arranged on one side surface of the control box, and which has an ice making groove in which ice making water is accommodated; a water supply part for supplying the ice making water to the ice making groove; and a sensing unit for sensing the water level of the ice making water accommodated in the ice making groove, wherein the sensing unit comprises: a non-conductive sensor housing which is provided on the one side surface of the control box so as to be spaced apart from the ice tray, and which has a water level measurement hole, formed on one surface thereof, through which the ice making water in the ice making groove is introduced; a conductive sensor, which is in contact with the ice making water flowing into the sensor housing through the water level measurement hole, so as to sense the water level of the ice making water; and a connector cable of which one end is connected to the sensor and the other end is connected to the control unit.
