Abstract:
The present invention relates to an ice making apparatus and method capable of making spherical ice, the apparatus comprising: a device for making two semi-spherical ices; a water supply means for supplying water to the semi-spherical ice making device; and a rotation means capable of rotating the semi-spherical ice making device, wherein each piece of semi-spherical ice can be manufactured through the semi-spherical ice making device, adhesive water is inserted, and the semi-spherical ice is combined and cooled by means of the adhesive water, so as to then make spherical ice in a rapid speed.
