Abstract:
An ice skate boot having two blades has blade mount fittings installed, so as to be freely movable, on coupling sections in the front and back of a skate boot frame. A blade bending cam unit is between the blade mount fittings. The blade bending cam unit has a mechanism to bend the blades mounted on the right and left simultaneously by way of horizontally tilting the skate boot. By way of the bending mechanism, the blade describes an arc having a center in the direction of the incline of the leg, and the ice skate boot slides on the ice along the arc.
