Claims:
WHAT IS CLAIMED IS:
1. An iced platter for food, comprising ; a case having inside portions formed in said case and knobs at both sides to be opposite to each other; and, an iced platter for refrigerating food filled in an upper surface thereof with being refrigerated at low temperature by a separated refrigerating means, said iced platter being insertable and separable into/from said inside portions.
2. The iced platter as recited in claim 1, wherein said upper surface of said iced platter is comprised of a groove for putting the food in said iced platter.
3. The iced platter as recited in claim 1 or 2, wherein said iced platter is formed in the shape of at least, any one of a square and circle.
Description:
ICED PLATTER FOR FOOD BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an iced platter for food, and more particularly, to an iced platter for food, for maintaining food such as sliced raw fish at low temperature for a long time, thereby maintaining freshness of the food lively as well as feeling an original taste for the food for a long time, simultaneously.

2. Description of the Related Art Usually, while the food such as the sliced raw fish is made and fed by treating a living thing and slicing it with a proper size without heating, the freshness for the food is maintained and the original taste for the feed is felt only when the above food is maintained at the relatively low temperature.

Conventionally, in the case of filling the food such as sliced raw fish in the eating house or the restaurant, as shown in FIG. 1, the sliced raw fish 12 sliced with the proper size is filled at upper portion of a platter made of wood.

However, the wood platter as stated hereinbefore has no function to refrigerate the sliced raw fish due to a surrounding temperature when filling the food in the wood platter. So then, as times go. the freshness of the sliced raw fish is deteriorated as well as the original taste of the sliced raw fish is deteriorated.

Therefore, in the prior an, the sliced raw fish is cut at the proper size and filled in the following platter after cutting a radish as shreds (strips) and filling the cut radish strips in the platter such as a syntheletic resins, porcelain, or crockery. However, it has the problem in that the freshness and original taste for the sliced raw fish is deteriorated due to surrounding temperature as times go.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS A more complete appreciation of this invention, many of the attendant advantages thereof, will be readily apparent as the same becomes better understood by reference to the following detailed description when considered in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which like reference symbols indicate the same or similar elements components, wherein, FIG. 1 is a side view showing a platter for food according to the prior art ; FIG. 2 is a side view showing an iced platter for food according to an embodiment of the present invention: FIG. 3 is a sectional view showing a line 1-1 of FIG. 2: FIG. 4 is a side view showing an iced platter for food according to another embodiment of the present invention: and, FIG. 5 is a side view showing iced platter for food according to further another embodiment of the present invention.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is therefore an object of the present invention for solving the above problem to provide an iced platter for food, for maintaining food such as sliced raw fish at low temperature for a long time, thereby maintaining freshness of the food lively as well as feeling an original taste for the food for a long time, simultaneously.

The above object can be achieved according to the present invention with an iced platter for food, including; a case having inside portions formed in the case and knobs at both sides to be opposite to each other ; and, an iced platter for refrigerating food filled in an upper surface thereof with being refrigerated at low temperature by a separated refrigerating means, the iced platter being insertable and separable into/from the inside portions.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be in detail explained with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 2 is a side view showing an iced platter for food according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a sectional view showing a line I-I of FIG. 2, wherein numeral reference 20 corresponds to a case.

The case 20 is preferably made of the synthethic resins, inside portion 22 are formed in the above case 20, and slanted side walls 24 are extended at an upper portion of the inside portions 22.

And, edges 26 extended horizontally are shaped at the slanted side walls 24, and knobs 28 are formed at the edges 26 to be easily carried and to be opposite to each other.

Also, a plurality of protrusions 22a are protruded and shaped inside the bottom of the case 20 and make the space for storing the moisture generated according as an iced platter 30 as will be described hereinafter is contacted with the air. meantime, the iced platter 30 is filled in the inside portions 22 of the case 20 and the above iced platter 30 formed one or more than grooves 32 having slow curvature for positioning the sliced raw fish 40 at the upper surface thereof.

While the grooves 32 are formed at the upper surface of the iced platter 30 in an embodiment of the present invention, it is not limited therein. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, one platter can be formed at the upper surface of the iced platter 30.

It is preferable that the iced platter 30 is made of stone such as marble or granite so as to maintain the food at the low temperature for a long time. And also, for example, it can be made of metal or crockery, too.

The iced platter 30 is used after being refrigerated at the low temperature for the long time with a separated refrigerating means.

And, while the shape of the iced platter 30 is little defined, it can be made as the shape of a rectangular form or a regular square in accordance with the shape of the case 20 as well as it can be made as the shape of a oval, as depicted in FIG. 5. Further, it can be made as the shaped of a circle or a heart form.

The iced platter 30 is preferably inserted at an proper interval with the inside portions 22 of the case 20, for example, an interval of 3mm, and can easily be separated from the inside portions of the iced platter 30.

The iced platter for the food made according to the present invention as constructed above, uses separated refrigerating means, for example, a freezing space of a refrigerator by putting the iced platter 30 in the freezing space thereof for a long time to be maintained at the low temperature and inserting the iced platter 30 into the inside portions 22 of the case 20, and the raw fish sliced at the proper size is filled in the-upper portion of the-iced-- platter 30.

At this time, the sliced raw fish 40 filled in the grooves 32 of the iced platter 30 maintains the low temperature by the cold air transmitted from the iced platter 30. Thus, it is possible to maintain the sliced raw fish 40 at the low temperature for a long time, thereby long maintaining the original taste of the sliced raw fish 40 an the freshness thereof and preventing the sliced raw fish 40 from being damaged or deteriorated.

The moisture generated by contacting the iced platter 30 iced at the low temperature with the air, is stored in the space formed between the protrusions 22a and the bottom surface of the iced platter 30.

Also, because it is possible to clean the iced platter 30 after retreating the iced platter 30 from the inside portion 22 of the case 20 following usage, it is convenient to very use it.

As may be apparent from the foregoing, the present invention uses the ice platter made of the stone and iced at the temperature by the separated refrigerating means, for filling the sliced raw fish, thereby maintaining the low temperature of the sliced raw fish.

Accordingly, it has excellent effect to maintain the original taste of the sliced raw fish and the freshness thereof for a long time.

While there have been illustrated and described what are considered to be preferred embodiments of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made, and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the true scope of the present invention. In addition, many modifications may be made to adapt a particular situation to the teaching of the present invention without departing from the central scope thereof. Therefore, it is intended that the present invention not be limited to the particular embodiments disclosed as the best mode contemplated for carrying out the present invention, but that the present invention includes all embodiments falling within the scope of the appended claims.
