Abstract:
An IIC-level explosion-proof oil injection device comprises an oil storage container fixing base (1), an explosion-proof chamber (2), an explosion-proof oil passage (3), a piston cylinder (4), and a piston assembly (5). The explosion-proof chamber (2) is formed by means of explosion-proof engaging surfaces (M1-M3) connecting an upper housing (21) to a base (22). The explosion-proof oil passage (3) is provided in the explosion-proof chamber (2). An upper portion of the explosion-proof oil passage is connected to the upper housing (21) in an explosion-proof manner, and a lower portion of the explosion-proof oil passage is connected to the base (22) in an explosion-proof manner. An oil inlet (31) of the explosion-proof oil passage communicates with an oil outlet hole (11) of the oil storage container fixing base, and an oil outlet (32) of the explosion-proof oil passage communicates with an oil inlet (41) of the piston cylinder. A head portion of a piston rod (51) forming part of the piston assembly (5) passes through the base (22), and is located in the explosion-proof chamber (2). A bushing (6) is connected to the piston rod (51) by explosion-proof threads (W1-W2). A driven gear (7) is sleeved on the bushing (6), and a driving gear (8) meshing with the driven gear (7) is sleeved on an output shaft (91) of a motor (9). The motor (9) is fixedly provided in the explosion-proof chamber (2). The device automatically performs oil injection at a fixed amount, and is explosion-proof.
