Abstract:
Provided is an illumination raising/lowering device having a simple structure and preventing the tangling of reel wires. The illumination raising/lowering device is provided with: a reel including a reel wire winding surface and placed in a state in which the longitudinal direction of the reel is vertical, the reel being coupled to an electric motor and rotating about an axis on the lateral direction surface thereof by the electric motor; a reel wire to be wound around the reel wire winding surface by rotation of the reel; a winding guide including a reel wire contact portion opposed to the reel wire winding surface, and placed in parallel with the reel, the distance between the reel wire winding surface and the reel wire contact portion being equal to or smaller than the diameter of the reel wire; and a connector attached to the distal end of the reel wire and connecting the reel wire to an object to be raised/lowered that is suspended below the illumination raising/lowering device. The winding guide rotates in reverse along with the rotation of the reel, and the reel wire passes between the reel wire winding surface and the reel wire contact portion.
