Abstract:
Provided are an image formation device and information-reporting method which make it possible to appropriately report information pertaining to an image formation device to a reporting destination according to the reporting destination. A control unit (10) sets a reporting destination for transmission of information pertaining to an image formation device (1), and sets timing conditions for transmission to the reporting destination of the information pertaining to the image formation device (1) according to the reporting destination. The control unit (10) controls so as to store the information and not transmit the information to a reporting destination which does not satisfy the timing conditions, and transmit the information to a reporting destination which does satisfy the timing conditions.
