Abstract:
This image forming device (1) comprises: an individual image cutting unit (101) that cuts out two individual images, which are mutually independent, from a document image indicated by image data obtained by reading by a document reading unit (5); and a generation unit (102) that generates first page image data indicating a first page image in which is placed a first individual image, which is one of the two individual images, and second page image data indicating a second page image in which is placed a second individual image, which is the other. In accordance with setting details indicated by a setting instruction received via an operation unit (47), the generation unit (102) performs correction for placing the second individual image on the first page image data and the second page image data inside an area of the other surface of a recording paper, which overlaps with an area where the first individual image is placed on one surface of the recording paper.
