Abstract:
The present invention relates to an image forming method or an image forming device, said image forming method using at least four color toners of yellow, magenta, cyan and black, and comprising a fixing process of fixing a toner image to a recording medium using a fixing unit, . In the image forming method, the total amount of dust generated for each color toner is controlled to be equal to or lower than a specific amount, while the amount of dust generated for a toner in the uppermost layer to the recording medium and the amount of dust generated for a toner in the lowermost layer on the recording medium are controlled to maintain a specific relationship with each other immediately prior to a fixing process wherein three color toners of yellow, magenta, and cyan are layered onto the recording medium.
