Abstract:
An image generating device (24) comprises: a light source substrate (110) on which light sources (111) are mounted; an optical member (120) which transmits light emitted from the light sources (111); a display device (130) which forms light for generating a predetermined image from the light that has passed through the optical member (120); a heat sink (150) which dissipates heat generated from the light source substrate 110; and a lens holder (140) which holds the optical member (120). The lens holder (140) has first engagement sections, and the heat sink (150) has second engagement sections (152). When the first engagement sections and the second engagement sections (152) are fixed, the light source substrate (110) is positioned and fixed in a state of being sandwiched between the lens holder (140) and the heat sink (150).
