The present invention relates to an image management system, a wearable device, an image management method, and an image management program. The image management system (10) comprises: a wearable device (12) having a camera (48); and an information processing server (16). The information processing server (16) has a server storage unit (100) that stores a captured image received from the wearable device (12). The wearable device (12) or the information processing server (16) has an information organization unit. When determination that the captured image is not a meal image is made by an image determination unit, the information organization unit delates the captured image. When determination that the captured image is a meal image is made by the image determination unit, the server storage unit (100) holds the captured image.
