In an embodiment, an image processing device is provided with a deforming unit (32). The deforming unit (32) uses positional information acquired by accumulating a plurality of detection points around a moving body and a self positional information of the moving body to deform a reference projection surface, which is a projection surface of a peripheral image of the moving body.
