Abstract:
An image processing device (10) includes: a camera parameter input unit (102) that acquires camera parameters of a plurality of imaging devices (Cam1, Cam2), an acceptable threshold value (Kth) indicating an acceptable value for the elongation rate (k) of a subject in a plurality of projection images obtained by projecting the subject captured by the plurality of imaging devices onto a predetermined projection surface, and a difference threshold value (Subth) indicating an acceptable value for the difference (Sub) between the elongation rates of adjacent projection images in the plurality of projection images; a reference table creation unit (103) that uses the camera parameters, the acceptable threshold value (kth) and the difference threshold value (Subth) to determine a blend region, which is a portion in which the projection range of the plurality of projection images and adjacent projection images overlap, and creates a reference table indicating the relationship between respective pixels of the composite image in the blend region and corresponding pixels, which are pixels of the plurality of imaging devices corresponding to the respective pixels of the composite image in the blend region; and a composite processing unit (104) that creates the composite image.
