[Problem] It has not conventionally been possible to obtain a required image effectively using a two-dimensional image and a three-dimensional image of the same object. [Solution] A required image can be obtained with an image processing device comprising: a two-dimensional image with depth information processing unit which stores a three-dimensional image which is image data of one or more three-dimensional objects and is configured from a plurality of voxel information having location information, color information, and depth information, and a two-dimensional image with depth information which is an image photographed of one or more three-dimensional objects, is aligned in location with the three-dimensional image, and is configured from a plurality of pixel information having location information, color information, and depth information, said two-dimensional image processing unit carrying out a first image process on the two-dimensional image with depth information using the depth information and acquiring a post-processing two-dimensional image with depth information; an extended image generation unit which generates an extended image in which the post-processing two-dimensional image with depth information and the three-dimensional image are overlapped; and an output unit which outputs the extended image.
