Abstract:
An image sensor and an imaging device provided with same. The pixel of the image sensor comprises: a photosensitive element, a floating diffusion region, a transmission tube, and a reset tube, which is connected to the end of the transmission tube away from the floating diffusion region and the photosensitive element, can be controlled to be turned on or off, and connects the photosensitive element to a high level when turned on; and a voltage output circuit connected to the floating diffusion region and used for transmitting the voltage signal of the floating diffusion region to a peripheral circuit.
