Abstract:
The present application provides an image sensor and a preparation method therefor, and an electronic device. The image sensor comprises: an array of metasurface structures and an array of photoelectric conversion units, the array of metasurface structures being located above the array of photoelectric conversion units, wherein each photoelectric conversion unit comprises a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements, each photoelectric conversion element in the photoelectric conversion unit corresponds to a frequency band in a spectrum, each metasurface structure comprises a first substrate and a microstructure located above the first substrate, the microstructure and the first substrate are used for transmitting the optical signal of each frequency band to the photoelectric conversion element corresponding to each frequency band, the microstructure is a rotationally symmetric structure, and the rotational angle of the rotationally symmetric structure is less than or equal to 90 degrees. The technical solution of the present application can increase the light transmittance of each spectral channel, thereby generally improving the light utilization rate of the image sensor.
