Abstract:
An imaging apparatus is provided with: an imaging element for acquiring primary image data at each prescribed frame period; a focal-distance-detecting unit for acquiring, in synchronization with the frame period, a first focal distance which is the focal distance of an imaging lens; an input device having a configuration for inputting a correction angle that includes two values comprising a first angle and a second angle; an image processing unit that, in synchronization with the frame period, uses the value of the first focal distance and the value of the correction angle to generate secondary image data converted by projecting the primary image data onto a flat surface at the first angle in the pitch direction with respect to a light-receiving surface and at the second angle in the yaw direction with respect to the light-receiving surface; and an image display device for displaying, in synchronization with the frame period, an image based on the secondary image data.
