Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of obtaining accurate distance image data by removing noise. Furthermore, the present invention addresses the problem of acquiring distance image data in a short time by reducing the number of accumulations. Provided is a distance image processing system comprising a solid-state image sensor that can be used for three-dimensional object recognition for use in self-driving passenger vehicles and the like. Deep learning is utilized to perform image processing that includes distance information obtained by a ToF solid-state image sensor, in other words, a so-called ToF camera. Deep learning makes it possible to reduce noise and obtain high-precision distance images.
