Abstract:
Provided are an imaging device capable of reducing the influence of interference and obtaining a high-quality image, and an image data generation method. Provided is an imaging device provided with an imaging lens provided with an n-number of optical systems having different imaging characteristics, and an image sensor in which an m-number of light-receiving sensors having a different combination of an interference ratio and light receiving sensitivity are provided to each pixel, wherein an image signal outputted from each light-receiving sensor of each pixel of the image sensor is obtained to generate m-pieces of primary image data, and interference removal processing is performed on the generated m-pieces of primary image data on a pixel basis to generate n-pieces of secondary image data corresponding to each optical system. When the interference removal processing is performed, in cases where the primary image data in which a pixel value is saturated in pixels to be processed is included, the primary image data is excluded and the interference removal processing is performed on the remaining primary image data to generate the secondary image data.
