Abstract:
Provided are an imaging device, an imaging method, and a program that change the display format of a display unit in accordance with whether content displayed on the display unit is visible. An imaging device (10) that comprises a first display unit (13) and a processor (40). The processor (40) of the imaging device (10) performs: determination processing that determines whether content displayed on the first display unit (13) is visible to a user; and display control that, when the determination processing has determined that the content is visible, causes display of a first display that includes a captured image and/or writing and, when the determination processing has not determined that the content is visible, makes the first display unit (13) display a second display that is a planar display.
