Abstract:
The present invention provides an imaging device (1) capable of improving the quality of an image captured using a color filter. A pixel array (110) comprises a plurality of pixel blocks (130) each including 6 by 6 pixels., and each of the pixel blocks includes first, second, third, and fourth pixels in which first, second, third, and fourth optical filters that transmit light in first, second, third, and fourth wavelength regions, respectively, are provided. The first pixels are disposed in every other row and every other column in a row direction and a column direction of an array. One each of the second, third, and fourth pixels is disposed in each row and each column of the array. The pixel block includes a line including at least one each of the second, third, and fourth pixels in a first diagonal direction of the array that is a direction parallel to opposing corners of the pixel block, and a line including at least one each of the second, third, and fourth pixels in a second diagonal direction that is a direction parallel to opposing corners of the pixel block and different from the first diagonal direction.
