Abstract:
An imaging device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure comprises: a photoelectric conversion part that generates a charge in accordance with the amount of received light; a first active element that performs a prescribed action on the charge generated by the photoelectric conversion part, and has a gate electrode including a first electrode part and a second electrode part that are arranged side by side in a first direction and a third electrode part that connects the first electrode part and the second electrode part; and a first semiconductor layer that has a first surface and a second surface which are opposite from one another, has the first electrode part and the second electrode part of the gate electrode embedded in the first surface side thereof, and has a non-doped first semiconductor region between the first electrode part and the second electrode part.
