Abstract:
The present invention relates to an immune microbubble complex, and a use thereof. An immune microbubble complex (IMC) according to the present invention is obtained by conjugating antibodies to microbubbles, wherein the microbubbles have excellent stability and exhibit excellent conjugation to antibodies. It was confirmed that when the immune microbubble complex is treated with high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU), the anti-tumor effect is significantly increased by the HIFU treatment, and an immunity-boosting effect is exhibited. Accordingly, the immune microbubble complex according to the present invention can increase the delivery efficiency of the conjugated antibodies, and be used for diagnosing and treating cancer, and is thus expected to exhibit various functions in the field of immunotherapy, such as providing a contrast effect through ultrasonic waves, improving half-life, improving drug delivery, concentrating lymphocytes, and inducing anti-cancer immunotherapy and immunotherapy.
